Shipping & Returns

*While we aim to get you your order as soon as possible, please note there may be carrier related delays that may affect delivery times.*
Products are generally shipped 2-4 business days from the date of purchase. After an item is shipped, all tracking is controlled by the courier and can be found via confirmation email.
Shipping Rate
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Canada: Orders over $60: Shipping is FREE
USA: Orders over $120: Shipping is FREE
All other countries: Orders over $180: Shipping is FREE
Delivery Option
If you live in or around the GTA (Toronto, Ontario) and have selected the free "Delivery" option at checkout, your order will not be shipped out to you. You will be contacted via email with details for the delivery location, at which time you can request a preferred delivery date and time. You can also email thamaraicosmetics@gmail.com to request address details or if you require special accommodations. Please include your order # in your email, if you have already placed your order.

Returns
We inspect all items before sending it out to ensure that they are not defective.
All sales are final. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges that have been opened from original packaging due to sanitary purposes.
We do however take pride in offering high quality beauty products. We are more than happy to work with you to resolve any issues
If a product has been damaged during shipping, you have 3 days from delivery to report the item as damaged. Email us at thamaraicosmetics@gmail.com with an image and video identifying the damage. You may be asked to return the item for further inspection. The return is at the expense of the buyer, whether it be shipping or drop-off. Upon inspection, if the item is deemed as damaged, you will receive a full refund in the original form of payment. Refunds from a damaged item can take 5-10 business days.
